The Southern branch of Vietnam Industrial Construction Corporation recently held a ground breaking ceremony for the construction of the structure, architecture and installation of M & E systems for 52 villas and houses in 7A1 area of the Project. This urban area invested by Nova E&C Joint Stock Company. The contract value of this package is VND 41,466 billion.
Construction period started on February 15, 2022, is expected to be completed and handed over on September 13, 2022.
