On January 13rd , 2022, the Southern branch of VINAINCON helds a ground-breaking ceremony of the Package "Structural, Rough Finishing and M & E for 30 Villas in Area 3.4 and 3.5 of the Florida Area" in the Novaworld Project, which is invested by NOVALAND in Phan Thiet City, Binh Thuan Province.
The contract value is VND 36,837,000,000, which is expected to be completed and handed over on September 13, 2022.
NovaWorld Phan Thiet is developed in a total area of 986 hectares with a total investment of 5 billion USD in Tien Thanh commune Phan Thiet City. This is the largest investment project in the province.
