VINAINCON had continuously gained the trust of the Investor of the world-class projects to be the contractor of Packages Phase#21, 22 and 15 - Nikko Area, KN Paradise Resort and Entertainment Complex Project in Cam Ranh City, Khanh Hoa Province.
In the morning of March 28, 2024, VINAINCON leaders, PMU and guests excitedly attended the Ground Breaking Ceremony of the structural construction package, rough completion and MEP for the Townhouse Area. 21,22 belongs to Nikko Sub-area of the Project. This contract is worth of 140 billion VND, expected to be completed in early December this year.
This is the second Package VINAINCON won to carry out in this "Grand Project" invested by KN Group - Long Thanh Golf Business and Investment Joint Stock Company. Previously, VINAINCON undertook the construction of Area 15 - Nikko Area with a value of VND 114 billion.

KN Paradise project is a large-scale resort and entertainment complex in Bai Dai, Cam Ranh, Khanh Hoa. The project has a 27-hole golf course, thousands of shop houses, villas and townhouses along with many hotels, spa resorts and tens of thousands of condotels.
