Construction Investment Joint Stock Company No.5 (CIC.5 JSC. ), a member company of Vietnam Industrial Construction Corp. The Company has over 30 year-long experience in constructing and installing industrial, civil and infrastructure projects of various sectors.
CIC.5 is implementing the Main House of Behn Meyer AgriCare’s Fertilizer Plant in Phu My II Industrial Zone in Ba Ria - Vung Tau with the contract valued at VND151 billion, consisting of 18,000 square meters for floor area; 450 tons of steel structures.
Up to now, the Company has carried 50% of the quantity of the contracted works and plans to have all the item finished in May 2017.
Behn Meyer AgriCare’s Fertilizer Plant is on a 5 hectares site at Phu My, Vietnam. The fertilizer plant will be built in two phases with the first phase involving an 18,000 square meter factory that will cater for storage, re-packing, blending and other processing activities. The second phase will be implemented 3-4 years later and will see the creation of an NPK production facility.
Total capital investment will reach USD 25 million when both development phases have been completed.
