On July 17, 2023, EVN SPC signed a contract with the Joint Venture of VINAINCON and PCC2 to implementing Package 15: "Supply, construction and installation of underground cable equipment and materials for the 110KV Phu Quoc - South Phu Quoc Transmission line Project in Kien Giang province" with a total contract value of 251.5 billion VND.

The construction and installation period is 210 days from the commencement date.
