VINAINCON joins EPC General Contractor consortium to implement Nhan Co Ore Selection Plant, Dak Nong

On November 14, the joint operation of 4 companies (Vinaincon, Narime, 2 companies of Vinaincomin) held a groundbreaking ceremony for package No.23 of Nhan Co bauxite factory Project in Nghia Thang commune, Daknong province.

The value of the package is approximately VND 889 billion and the construction and installation is 15 months, counting from November, 2013.

The works caried by Vinaincon include survey, levelling, designing and constructing all reinforced concrete works, conveyer foundation, all roads and fence, main gate; designing and constructing of fire fighting and ligntening systems for the plant. The total value of these works is VND190 billion.

The Nhan Co bauxite project in Dak Nong wase invested by Vinaincomin and main contractor of the project is Chalieco, China Aluminum International Engineering Corporation Limited. It is expected that the project will start operation in 2014 with an output of 300,000 tons, which may have risen to 650,000 tons by 2016. The project is of two main factories: Nhan Co Alumin and bauxite factories in an area of 859ha.
