Description of the Project:

The new Piaggio Vietnam factory in Vinh Phuc province has an area of ​​20,000 square meters, next to the first factory, equipped with the latest technology and production process. As expected, the plant will be completed and operational from June 2012, thereby raising the production capacity from 100,000 to 300,000 products a year by mid-2012, bringing the total number of employees in Vietnam. to 1,000 people.

Piaggio expands and upgrades the existing 26,000 square meter facility to build a Research and Development Center to develop new models to meet the needs of Asian consumers. In 2011, Piaggio Vietnam will apply electronic fuel injection technology on high-end models including Vespa LX 125/150 i.e., Vespa S 125/150 i.e., Piaggio Liberty i.e. It also introduced the second Piaggio - Zip 100 product.
