Vietnam International Manpower Cooperation and Commercial Import – Export Joint Stock Company (VINAINCONMEX JSC) is affiliated to Viet Nam Industrial Construction Corporation of Ministry of Industry and Trade.
VINAINCONMEX JSC, an economic entity, specializes in supplying Vietnamese workers for overseas employment under definite-term labor contract. The company is licensed by the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (No 68/LDTBXH-GP on February 1st 2008) to supply workers for overseas employment.
VINAINCONMEX JSC has almost 8 years of experiences in labor supply activities, with devoted, experienced, skilled and professional staff in labor supply program. The Company’s Training centre has been fully equipped with necessary training devices and tools which facilitates the workers grasping the highest quality and meet all the requirements of the receiving parties.
ACHIEVEMENTS
So far VINAINCONMEX JSC has dispatched more than 5,000 workers to overseas markets such as Japan, Taiwan, UAE, Malaysia, Czech republic, Slovakia, etc.
For those achievements, the company has been much focused on the development of its human resources as well as on the training for the would-be dispatched workers to timely meet foreign partners ‘requirements . In addition, the Company regularly dispatches its representatives to the workers receiving countries to coordinate with their partners in assisting the workers and solving problems which may arises to the workers during their overseas employment
ACTIVITY
VINAINCONMEX JSC has carried out its labor dispatch activities systematically and whole-heartedly. The Company’s training staff are devoted and experienced. They used to be the company’s representatives in foreign countries responsible for worker management and now directly transfer the knowledge of languages, customs, working disciplines, sense of behavior to the workers in order to equip them with necessary experiences and knowledge prior to their dispatch to ensure that they would be able to meet all the employer’s demands as soon as they arrive in the working places.
OVERSEAS LABOUR MANAGEMENT
In this program, VINAINCONMEX JSC has always highlighted the importance of the regular collaboration with its partners, the employers in order to timely address the problems which may arises to the workers so as to ensure the legitimate rights and benefits of the workers and the prestige of the partners. Details are:
- To dispatch its representatives overseas according to the need and its partner’s requirement in the receiving countries which the company has dispatched over 100 workers.
- To regularly contact the foreign partners and employers for the necessary information on the workers.
- To regularly contact the workers’ families in Viet Nam to learn more information on the workers and to provide periodical information relating to the workers to their families.
- To regularly coordinate with the state management agencies, Embassies, Labor management section affiliating to Vietnam Embassies to those receiving countries to protect the workers’ legitimate rights and benefits.
LABOUR RESOUCES
- With its experiences, prestige for quality, trust to the workers, the Company always has plentiful labor resources supplied by the local authorities, vocational training schools, especially with the possibility of dispatching who have working experienced with the Vietnam Industrial Construction Corporation (VINAINCON) (on average, about 10.000 workers for construction sector, engineering, steel structure, etc). Upon their completion of domestic assignment, VINAINCONMEX JSC, received and provided the desired workers with further upgrade on their skills and languages for their overseas employment. Upon finishing the employment contract with overseas employers, with their experience, they could be considered for being recruited to work for the Corporation.
