500KV THUONG TIN SUBSTATION
Thuong Tin 500kV transformer station is located in the area of 3 communes Van Binh, Van Phu and Hoa Binh in Thuong Tin district, Hanoi. This is a very important transformer station, a transmission node for the 500kV transmission line North - South and ensures the main power source for the West and South of Hanoi. The electricity output through the station to ensure electricity for the capital is about 4.7 billion kWh/year on average (equivalent to nearly 25% of Hanoi's commercial electricity output in 2020).
